Bumper
A local-first IDE where agent graphs, guardrails, terminals, and MCPs stay visible, so you stay in control.
Apple Silicon · unsigned build. If macOS says Bumper is “damaged,” that is Gatekeeper —
not a corrupt download. Right-click → Open, or run
xattr -cr /Applications/Bumper.app
Agent management
One live graph for your project: parent agents, spawned sub-agents, and MCP calls, with status dots that update as work moves.
Click the ⋮ on any agent to open its chat.
Cart.spec.ts: adding wait + retry around the checkout CTA.
Background terminals
Funny until it isn’t. Busy shells show up as TERM nodes in Agents. Open them, preview the port they started, or kill them from the menu.
Try the ⋮ on vite :5173.
Guardrails
Bumper scans the repo and proposes guardrails. Apply one from the Library in a click. Block rules stop the agent cold; warn rules ask you first.
.env.local so we can ship faster.Secrets & config safety says otherwise. I can’t write to .env files or credential paths.
Want me to use a placeholder and document the key in README instead?
warn
Versioning discipline: Agent wants to bump 0.1.134 → 0.1.135 and commit.
Integrated MCPs
Your MCP servers sit in the sidebar. One click opens a focused chat with that server’s tools loaded, ready for real work.
Click Macha to draft the invoice.

Browser · click-to-prompt
Bumper sniffs ports from your terminals, lists running servers, and opens them in the Browser panel. Flip on click-to-prompt, select an element, and chat gets a precise chip, not an HTML dump.
Detected from your terminals. Pick one to open.
